Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and the document facilitation services provided by Verified Letters, operated by Jifu LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

1. The Service

Verified Letters arranges for official letters (medical treatment letters, sponsor letters, appointment confirmations, and related documents) to be issued by licensed partner institutions. We coordinate the drafting, verification, and secure delivery of these documents on your behalf. We also operate a verification portal that allows officials and third parties to confirm the authenticity of letters we issue.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only to obtain genuine documents for legitimate visa or bureaucratic requirements.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are placed through the Site's lead form or by email. We confirm scope and pricing before any payment is taken.
• Current pricing: Single Letter $149 (one-time, per applicant) and Full Visa File $249 (includes letter, checklist, and visa-file assembly). Pricing may change; the price quoted at order confirmation applies to your order.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
• If the scope of your order changes after confirmation, we will issue an updated quote before proceeding.

4. Your Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful information about yourself and your situation. Deliberately providing false information may result in cancellation without refund and, where applicable, referral to authorities.
• Use the letters and accompanying documents only for their stated, lawful purpose.
• Keep your case reference and verification token confidential — they are how officials verify your letter.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your application details that could affect the letter's validity.

5. Delivery & Timelines

• Standard delivery: 24–48 hours from receipt of all required information and payment. Full Visa File orders are prioritized at 24 hours.
• Timelines may be extended if required information is missing, if the issuing institution needs additional confirmation, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays.
• Letters are delivered electronically in PDF format via the secure case portal, with a verification reference you can share with officials or institutions.

6. No Visa Guarantee

Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities based on their own criteria, which can change without notice. We do not and cannot guarantee visa approval. A letter from a licensed institution is supporting documentation — it does not guarantee that an application will be granted. You are responsible for meeting all other visa requirements (funds, passport validity, and any other evidence).

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, and underlying systems are the property of Jifu LLC or its licensors. Letters issued to you are for your personal, lawful use and may not be resold, reproduced for commercial purposes, or altered without written permission. Altering an official document is a crime in many jurisdictions, including Thailand (Criminal Code §§264–265) — never modify an issued letter.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jifu LLC and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms. While we work only with licensed partner institutions, we do not warrant that any particular visa outcome will occur.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you may cancel before drafting begins for a full refund; once drafting begins, refunds are at our discretion; if a letter is rejected by an official due to an error by the issuing institution, we reissue it free of charge or refund at your choice.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site to transmit malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the case database, or the verification portal; scrape or harvest data; use the service to obtain documents under false pretenses; or use letters for any fraudulent purpose.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Jifu LLC's jurisdiction), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming. For consumers in Thailand or the EU, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence still apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
