Official institution letters

Real letters from real institutions — drafted with AI speed, built to survive verification.

Visas and bureaucracy ask for letters — from a hospital, a sponsor, a school, a hotel. Verified Letters is one platform for every document officials require: genuine, issued by a licensed partner institution, and written to current requirements. Medical visa letters are live now — sponsor, school, and hotel letters are rolling out next.

How it works

How do AI and real institutions work together?

One intake form. Our system drafts to the exact wording the officials accept — then a real licensed institution reviews, signs and stands behind your letter.

1

Tell us what you need

Structured intake: your situation, the document you need, and where you'll use it. Eligibility is checked against the current rules before anything moves.

2

AI drafts from current templates

Templates are maintained per embassy and re-checked monthly as requirements change. AI fills only the facts you gave us — no invented content, ever.

3

A licensed institution issues it

A real partner — hospital, clinic, sponsor, school — reviews your case and issues the letter on official letterhead with a call-back verification line.

4

10-point QC & delivery

Every letter passes a 10-point quality gate with an audit trail, then ships as PDF with a filing checklist — in 24–48 hours.

Why it's real

How do you guarantee my letter is real?

Officials verify letters by calling the issuer. That's why every Verified Letters document is issued by a real, licensed institution that assessed your case — and why ours survive verification.

🏛️

Real licensed issuers only

Thai partners are registered under the Medical Facilities Act — hospitals, clinics and licensed wellness centres. Indonesian guarantors are registered agencies or entities. A fake letterhead is never an option.

📞

Verification line on every letter

Each letter carries the issuer's contact details so embassies and immigration can call to confirm — exactly as they do with letters issued directly by institutions.

🧾

10-point QC + audit trail

AI drafts; humans gate. Every letter passes a 10-point quality check with an immutable audit record — the document you submit is the document we verified.

Good to know: Fabricating official documents is a crime in Thailand (Medical Facilities Act 1998; Criminal Code §§264–265) and carries deportation and multi-year blacklists — which follow you into US, EU and AU visa applications. We exist so you never need to. Verified Letters is a document facilitation service: we are not a law firm, and no letter guarantees visa approval. If an official rejects the letter itself due to issuer error, we reissue it free — see our refund policy.
Pricing

What does a letter cost?

Traditional facilitators charge ~$380 and take weeks. We automate the paperwork and pass the savings on.

FAQ

What do applicants ask most?

Is the letter real? Can officials verify it?

Yes. Every letter is issued by a licensed partner institution on its official letterhead, signed by an authorized person, and includes contact details so embassies or immigration can call to verify — just like letters issued directly by hospitals or agencies.

Is this legal?

Yes — this is what visa facilitation agencies have done for years, automated. The document is genuine and issued by a licensed institution that assessed your case and stands behind it. What is never legal — and what we never do — is fabricating a letter that looks like it came from an institution that never saw you.

How fast will I get my letter?

Standard delivery is 24–48 hours after your intake is complete. The Full Visa File plan includes priority 24-hour delivery. If the issuing signatory needs clarification, we reach out before anything ships.

How do you keep wording current?

Every letter template is versioned per embassy and destination. Our system re-checks official requirement pages monthly and flags any change, so the wording you receive matches what officials accept today — not last year.

What if my application is refused?

A letter is one requirement among several — funds, passport validity and other evidence also matter, and we give you a complete checklist so nothing is missing. If the letter itself is rejected because of an error by the issuing institution, we reissue it free of charge. We do not refund on visa refusals for other reasons, and we never guarantee approval.

Which countries do you cover?

Thailand is live now (DTV Medical, Non-Immigrant O Medical, Tourist-for-Medical). Indonesia is next: B211A sponsor letters, medical-treatment statements, and language-course letters. More destinations and document types follow the same platform.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your intake data is shared only with the licensed institution issuing your document, used solely to produce it, and never sold. We process data under applicable privacy law (Thailand's PDPA today; Indonesia's PDP Law when we expand).
